Some cover plates are required where access to plumbing clean-outs are located within walls. 2) Washable painted surface must be provided to lower wall area behind service bar equipment. 3) Ensure all waste lines (including condensation drains) are properly air gapped to drains. All drainage openings need to be fitted with protective grates. 4) Finish floor / wall junction behind grease trap to provide a smooth washable surface; caulk all wall penetrations. |
