The following violation from the 16th July follow up inspection has now been corrected:
- The line cooler is running at 4 degree Celsius.
- The new display cooler running 4 degree Celsius.
The operator again advised to not to use double inserts on the upper portion of this line cooler to help maintain refrigeration temperatures.
