Observation: All potentially hazardous foods are not stored under refrigeration (4ºC / 40ºF or less ). Refrigerated case not operating at time of inspection. 1.Sandwich temp ~17C. 2.Salad temp ~18C.
Corrective Action: Have refrigerated case repaired immediately and notify this office when complete. Use cooler with ice (thermometer inside to monitor temperature <4C) for sandwiches and salads until refrigerated case repaired. Items seized and discarded at time of inspection: 1 ham sandwich, 1 pastrami sandwich,1salami bun, 2 ham buns, 1 roast beef bun, 1macaroni salad, 1 potato salad.

Observation: (REPEAT) A Food Safety Plan has been completed and approved for this facility, however, requested revisions remain outstanding. A Food Safety Plan is required under Section 23 of the Food Premises Regulation.
Corrective Action: Please submit requested revisions to Food Safety Plan as soon as possible. Keep copy of food safety plan with mobile unit.
