Comments:

All items from previous report have been addressed. A self-closing latch has been provided for the staff washroom in the kitchen. salad line cooler and the line cooler adjacent to the grill are running below 4 degrees Celsius as required. Dishwasher dispenses 50ppm chlorine at time of inspection as required. Ensure that the dishwasher is primed before use prior to washing dishes. Temperature logs are complete, accurate and up to date as required. Premises is clean and well maintained. Please maintain the current standard, and address any temperature violations immediately as they are identified in the temperature logs. Thank you for your attention to these items.
