Comments:

The following items have been corrected:
1. The glass washer has been repaired and providing >50 ppm chlorine in the final rinse.
2. The ice scoop is being stored in a clean container.

Discussed with the operator the storage practices in the line cooler inserts and the inserts on the ice bath. The operator to ensure that the inserts are not overfilled and the food being stored on the ice bath is time controlled and is discarded after 2 hours.
