Observation: 1. Some grease visible on walls and ceiling above cooking equipment. 2. Ice build-up on ceiling of stand-up refrigerator.
Corrective Action: 1.Please clean walls and ceiling above cooking equipment, to remove grease build-up. 2.Remove ice build-up on fridge ceiling, to avoid drips onto foods.

Areas addressed since last inspection:

109. Walk-in cooler has been re-panelled. Shelving has been replaced = good.
116. Ventilation hoods, ductwork and filters above cooking equipment has been cleaned.
Floors are being cleaned on a regular basis.

Other areas noted at time of inspection:

- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse recorded 50ppm chlorine.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towel available at handwash basin = good.
- Refrigeration temperatures 4C = good.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -17C = good.
- Permit posted in view of public.
- Clean, wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution (100ppm chlorine) = good.
- Ice cream scoop washed between uses = good.
- Food in walk-in cooler covered (Ensure all foods covered).

Ensure regular cleaning schedule is maintained for premise.
