Observation: The line cooler is still running at 11 degree Celsius and being used to store potentially hazardous foods. No corrective action has been taken by the operator despite EHO's request in previous 2 inspections. A violation ticket of $345 is being issued this time. All the potentially hazardous foods removed from this line cooler at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: Do not store any potentially hazardous items on the line cooler until it is repaired to maintained temperature of 4 degree Celsius or below. A timely corrective action must be taken when refrigeration temperatures fail to stay below or equal to 4 degree Celsius.
