110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: The ice scoop is being stored inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action: Please store the ice scoop in a clean container and run the container and the scoop through the dishwasher daily.
112   Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: The wooden shelves in the kitchen has been sanded and painted and are in much better condition as compared to the last inspection. These shelves are still lacking a smooth finish.
Corrective Action: The shelves needs to be replaced/lined with a smooth material to improve their cleanability. This is not an immediate concern but it needs to be addressed in any future renovation plans.

Comments:

Following items from the last inspection report has been corrected
1. The rusted shelves in the glass cooler has been painted/taken out.
2.The wooden shelves in the kitchen has been sanded and painted. The wooden surfaces are much better now but still do not have a smooth finish. These shelves needs to be replaced/lined with a smooth material.
3. The cracked chest freezer lids have been replaced.
4. The floor in the dry storage is clean.

Other items observed:
1. All temperatures are meeting health requirements and temperature records are being maintained.
2. The dishwasher is sanitizing at >50 ppm chlorine concentration.
3. All hand washing stations are equipped with soap and paper towels.
