Observation: The inserts in the line cooler closest to the grill were running at 12 degrees celsius at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Potentially hazardous food removed from the inserts at time of inspection. Inserts were removed at time of inspection. Ensure that the inserts are kept at 4 degrees celsius or below at all times, consider moving the insert table away from the heat of the grill to prevent warming of the inserts and the overworking of the condenser on this unit, otherwise repair the cooler to ensure that this standard is met.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Bare wood/ worn cracked wood surfaces in the kitchen need to be refinished/replaced.
Corrective Action: Refinish the worn wood surface along the side of the wall next to the produce cooler, refinish the worn shelving in the bakery area.

Comments:

Continue following your food safety plan with respect to the buffet table (i.e. potentially hazardous food is to be kept for an hour, then discarded). Premises well maintained.
