Comments:
A site visit was conducted to follow-up on the outstanding issues with the sushi display cooler. Since the last inspection the operator has had this unit serviced. A copy of the service invoice has been provided. Food temperatures were noticeably better today - meeting 4C requirement. For optimal temperature control operator has been advised to store product in a single row at the back of the shelves. Another follow-up is scheduled for 1 month.
