Comments:
Premises generally clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches required sanitizing rinse temperature. Glass washer reaches 12.5ppm iodine as required. Inquiries were also made in response to a complaint - No concerns noted in relation to the complaint. Preparation of breakfast sandwiches reviewed at time of inspection.
