Comments:
Temperature control temps now being kept daily, consistent day/date labeling better but could still be improved, new door edge seal now fitted to veg fridge but causing door to stay open slightly - further repair required, floor grates still not being cleaned routinely, wall tiles now repaired, food slicer cleaning- still room for improvement (suggested additional lighting in the area), wash hand basin in washroom now replaced, ice making machine now routinely being cleaned, thermometers now placed in each fridge/freezer, opened packets of stored dry food not yet stored in food grade containers with lids - these should be provided without further delay, the floor to the walk-in cooler not yet resurfaced, sanitizer stations not routinely provided at food prep stations.
