Observation: The dishwasher has not yet been repaired to provide more than 82 Degree Celsius temperature on the manifold during sanitizing cycle.
Corrective Action: As per information provided by the manager, the repair person is scheduled to visit the facility on Wednesday the Sep 7th, 2011. The operator reminded to manually sanitize all the dishes/utensils after running through the dishwasher.

A follow up inspection to verify the dishwasher repairs will be done on Sep 7th, 2011 evening.
