Comments:
The following items from the previous routine inspection report has been corrected:
- Paper towel dispenser has been provided on the main hand washing station.
- Faucets on the hand wash sink and the double sink have been repaired.
- Temperature logs being maintained.
The following item has not yet been corrected:
The ventilation system in the kitchen is not able to remove excessive smoke. As per information provided by the chef, the ventilation hood has been cleaned and serviced but it has not resulted in a significant improvements. The operator is currently working on this issue and has requested more time to investigate and correct this problem.
