Comments:
All items from the previous report have been addressed. Another stand up freezer has been provided in the kitchen. A new chest freezer has been provided in the dry storage area. The dry storage area has been properly cleaned and organized and new sealable dry storage bins have been provided for opened dry goods. The main hot holding unit maintains 60C as required. Continue to monitor and record all hot and cold temperatures daily using dated a labelled monitoring sheets. Thank you for your attention to these items.
