Comments:

The following items from the previous inspection has now been corrected:
- The line cooler temperatures are 4 degree Celsius or less both in the morning and afternoon as per temperature records. The surface temperature of the food in the cooler was slightly warmer than 4 degree Celsius at the time of this inspection. The operator advises that this is an anomaly is due to constant opening and closing of the cooler during lunch rush. Internal food temperature not taken during this inspection. The operator advised to increase the monitoring frequency for this cooler to ensure that the temperatures stay in the safe zone and to take the appropriate corrective actions, if required.
- The fly catcher above the preparation table has not yet been removed but has been turned off. The fly catcher to be removed or disconnected to ensure that it is not used at its existing location.
- The location for the bottle sanitizing has been changed. As per information provided by the a chef, a bottle washing machine is on order.
