Corrective Action: Ensure the paper towel dispenser is full at all times. If the dispenser location presents a conflict with use of other equipment, then relocate the paper towel dispenser.

Observation: On the whole, the food premise is kept quite sanitary. However, some food debris has accumulated under the stoves.
Corrective Action: Ensure this area is cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis.

Comments:

Ensure that a labelled spray bottle and a labelled small bucket of sanitizer ( bleach in water at 100ppm) is available at all times.
