Initial Inspection conducted this date. Before a permit can be issued, the following items must be completed:
Repair/replace the kitchen doors so that it may be completely sealed against pests.
Provide a door sweep for the front door of the premises.
Provide a menu as well as a food safety and sanitation plan.
Install a proper backsplash for the ware wash station.
The permit will be issued on condition that the 3 compartment sink be upgraded to accommodate the largest dish used in the premises. Each sink must be able to submerge the largest dish. Please provide a reasonable date by which this can be accomplished.
