The legal owner if this facility is now AC & M Enterprises. Kevin Wood and Martin Bart, the directors of AC & M Enterprises are still operators of this facility.
Follow up inspection:
The following items from the previous routine inspection has been corrected:
Ready to use bleach solution is now available in the spray bottles to sanitize the food contact surfaces.
The walls and the area around the ventilation hood is relatively clean this time.
The following items are still not addressed:
- The ventilation hood has yet not been repaired and is only operated during peak busy times. From the accumulation of oil and grease around the hood and on the walls, it appears that the ventilation system is not dong its job properly. The operator must get the ventilation hood serviced within 1 month from the date of this inspection.
- A exclusive hand washing sink has not yet been installed in the back kitchen.
- Chlorine test strips have not been provided.
