A new enclosed lid has been provided for the line cooler to address concerns with heat affecting the line cooler inserts from the oven, hot holding and grill surrounding this area. The line inserts were less than 4C during the inspection. Thank you for your attention to this item. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Glasswasher reaches 50ppm chlorine at time of inspection. No concerns noted. Premises is generally clean and well maintained.
