No test strips available to test the sanitizer. Corrective Action: The glasswasher must be fixed to provide 50 ppm chlorine solution in the rinse water. The test strips to test for the chlorine sanitizer must be provided and the glass washers must be tested regularly to ensure that the rinse water has minimum 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer. All the glass ware must be manually sanitized in the appropriate sanitizer solution or the single service cups be used. ![]() |
