A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

402   Food is protected from contamination (Sec 12(b))
Observation: The ice scoop is still hanging on the hook in a high traffic area. The operator advises that plastic ice scoop is no more in use and the ice is scooped using a clean jug.
Corrective Action: The operator is advised to remove the ice scoop.
507  Critical Repeat Equipment, utensils and food surfaces are washed and sanitized (Sec 17(2))
Observation: The high temperature dishwasher has yet not been repaired. The food contact surfaces are not being sanitized manually.
Corrective Action: The operator is again advised to get the dishwasher repaired as soon as possible. In the mean time all the dishes must be sanitized manually in 100 ppm bleach after running through he dishwasher. The operator is reminded that failing to properly sanitize the dishes may result in $230 violation ticket.
