108  Critical Repeat Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: Wiping clothes are still not being stored in sanitizer solution. Spray bottles have quartz sanitizer in it. There are no written instructions on how to make 200 ppm quartz solution and test strips are not available for either quartz or bleach.
Corrective Action: Store wiping clothes in an approved sanitizer solution all the times. Post clear instructions on how to make a sanitizer solution and provide test strips.
110   Repeat Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Thermometers are required in each refrigeration unit.
Corrective Action: Provide thermometers in the line cooler and the pop cooler.
117   Food Handler Training
Observation: There is nobody with food safe level 1 training working on this establishment at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: Ensure that there is at least one person with food safe certificate working at this facility.

Comments:

None of the violation on the 22 July,2009 inspection report have been resolved. Although wiping clothes are not coming in direct contact with the food contact surfaces, they still needs to be stored in sanitizer solution to eliminate the risk of cross contamination through hands.
