There are no written instructions on how to make 200 ppm quartz solution and test strips are not available for either quartz or bleach. Corrective Action: Store wiping clothes in an approved sanitizer solution all the times. Post clear instructions on how to make a sanitizer solution and provide test strips. |

Comments:
None of the violation on the 22 July,2009 inspection report have been resolved. Although wiping clothes are not coming in direct contact with the food contact surfaces, they still needs to be stored in sanitizer solution to eliminate the risk of cross contamination through hands.
