Comments:
A routine inspection was conducted of the mobile food unit. Since last year's initial inspection conducted on August 16, 2012, the nature and design of food services has not changed. Operator has completed all of the outstanding items as per previous inspection report. There were no concerns noted during today's inspection. Some menu revisions are planned for the three upcoming special events. Please submit a revised menu for consideration and a new permit to operate will be issued reflecting the food items approved for sale. The permit must be posted in a visible location within the mobile unit. The operator has also requested to change the months of operation to be year-round.
