Observation: The bar glass washer is still not providing 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle. As per bar staff, the glass washer has been repaired. Iodine sanitizer concentration in the rinse water measured approximately 4 ppm at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: The bar glass washer must provide 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle. Repair the glass washer and in the meantime use kitchen dishwasher to wash glassware.

Comments:

Replacement permit for the bar and the kitchen dropped with the bar manager.
These permits must be posted in a conspicuous location.
