116 | Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: Deep cleaning is still needed under the cooking line and under the Tandoori ovens as per last inspection Corrective Action: Grease, filth and food debris is still in excess in the areas listed above. Excess filth will increase the likelihood of contamination of food and the likelihood of harborage of the premise by pests and therefore should be cleaned and maintained clean from now on. |
Comments:
Items corrected since last inspection:
1. Storage is now organized so all raw meats are being stored on bottom shelves to avoid any potential cross contamination.
2. Cloths are now being stored in buckets with a bleach solution that is > 100 ppm.
3. Deep cleaning underneath dish washing area and a general cleaning of the whole establishment has been done.
4. The ice scoop is now being stored in a separate container outside of the ice well.
5. The operator is in the process or getting a contractor to repair the broken tiles. A date will be set at the next follow up for completion.
A follow up will be done to ensure compliance with items listed and to check dishwasher as it still was not fully operational.
