Observation: A food grade lubricant is not being used on the meat slicer.
Corrective Action: A food grade lubricant must be used on the food slicer handle bar. Please clean the existing oil from the handle bar.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: The ceiling tiles above the sheet out area are still not repaired/replaced.
Corrective Action: These tiles must be replaced/repaired.

Comments:

Following items have been corrected from the last inspection:

The bare wood surfaces on the entrance of the walk in cooler have been refinished with the aluminium sheet. As per the information given by the operator, this walk in cooler will be rebuilt to increase the refrigeration space. The work order have been placed but due to the unavailability of the technician/tradesman the actual work will take place in the April,2010.
At the time of this inspection, all flour bags were stored above the floor on the plastic crates.
