Observation: Operator conceded that the behaviour may have been carried out by staff.
Corrective Action: This practice must cease immediately. All staff must be informed that any food served to customers is expressly prohibited by the Food Premises Regulations. Operator was warned at time of inspection that any further indication that this practice was occuring will result in immediate enforcment action against the premises including the issuance of violation tickets.
120  Critical Inadequate food safety training - operator/manager
Observation: The status of staff food safety training is unclear.
Corrective Action: At least one staff member must be FoodSafe Trained at any given time. Provide a list of current staff that have FoodSafe training. Operator to provide proof of recent FoodSafe training or attend the next available FoodSafe Level 1 course.
