Corrective Action: Ensure that either the underside of the lid to the chest freezer is properly repaired with a smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable surface or the freezer is replaced with one that is in good repair.

-Line cooler has been repaired and reaches 4 degrees Celsius as required.
-A new freezer has been provided, however the old freezer is still in use.
