Comments:

Follow up inspection.
The following areas in the establishment have now been cleaned.

- Area around the grease trap.
- Floor at the entrance of the walk in coolers.
- Floor in the meat walker cooler.

The line cooler has not been repaired but is not in use at the time of this inspection.
The chef advises that the unused upright coolers in the kitchen are not broken, but are currently not being used because of low food volumes.

The dishwasher is still being repaired and is expected to be running in the next hour. The operator to test the dishwasher for sanitizer concentrations before start using it. Chlorine testing strips provided by the EHO. The operator must provide chlorine test strips for monitoring sanitizer concentrations in the future.

All other items on the Oct 9th, 2013 routine inspection report remains outstanding.

A follow up inspection is required.
