Observation: Do not store used utensils in water.
Corrective Action: Instead, store utensils in a sanitizing solution if you need to use them multiple times. Plain warm water and food particles is an ideal incubator for harmful bacteria.

Comments:

All items from previous report have been addressed except for items noted above:

-Dough mixer is scheduled for refinishing - call for reinspection when completed.
- Temperature records are complete and up to date.
- Bare wood surfaces have been finished so that they are easily cleanable.
- A curtain has been provided in the walk in cooler.
- Temperature of the walk in cooler meets regulatory requirements
