Comments:
Initial inspection conducted this date - food service to include occasional winter use and dinner service for events. Construction of the premises is not yet complete. A food safety plan has not yet been provided but a menu has been provided for the premises. A Sanitation plan has not been provided. Reinspection to be conducted on Friday to assess completion of construction. A Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan must be submitted within 2 weeks. A BBQ station is proposed for operation just outside of the kitchen near the hand wash station. This plan is acceptable provided that the concrete pad is cleaned and sealed and that this service is included in the sanitation plan for the facility.
