Follow up inspection to meet the manager to discuss the progress on outstanding violations:
1. The manager has confirmed that two employees will be attending the next available food safe level 1 training in Whistler. As per information provided by the manager, the last Food Safe Level 1 course in Whistler was cancelled.
2. As per information provided by the manager, the condensate drainage issue is under repair. The target completion date is being extended to 20 July, 2011.
3. No progress/plan has yet been made install a mop sink. A mop sink must be installed to fill and drain the mop bucket in a sanitary manner. Target completion date to install a mop sink is being extended to 31 July, 2011.
