Corrective Action: The handsink should not be used to store anything - this sink must be used and designated exclusively for handwashing.

Observation: The shelving in some of the coolers is made of unfinished wood.
Corrective Action: These must be replaced or refinished with shelves that are smooth, non-porous and easily cleaned.

Observation: There are no sanitizer buckets for storing wiping cloths.
Corrective Action: Keep a bucket of sanitizer solution behind the bar to store all wiping cloths.
