120  Critical Inadequate food safety training - operator/manager
Observation: No food handler has yet been Food Safe Level 1 certified.
Corrective Action: According to the manager , he himself and the assistant manager has been enrolled for the Oct 30th, 2009, which is the next available Food Safe Level 1 course in Whistler. It is advised to get at least one person certified earlier than Oct 30th, 09 and as soon as possible. An on-line Food Safe course can be taken anytime.

Comments:

The manager was made aware of the availability of an on-line Food Safe training course. A follow up inspection will be conducted next week.
