Observation: The mop sink has not been provided with any faucet to keep it clean. At the time of this inspection, the mop sink, which is right next to the 2 compartment ware washing sink, was in need of cleaning.
Corrective Action: Please keep the mop sink clean. Recommend providing a sprayer hose or equivalent on this sink..
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: The tiles on the side of the double sink in the back are broken.
Corrective Action: Please replace the tiles on the wall to make it easily cleanable- Target completion 6 months from the date of this inspection.

Discussed the results of this inspection with Rick Hales, the owner/operator of the establishment.
In compliance items:
Refrigeration temperatures below 4 degree Celsius.
- Thermometers observed in the cooling units.
- Temperature logs being maintained.
- Foodsafe certified food handler available.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- Pizza hot holding >60 degree. Unsold pizza slices cooled down within acceptable time limit.
- Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
- Sanitizer spray bottles have 200 ppm quat solution.
- Food storage practices appear to be satisfactory.
- Food handling practices appear to be satisfactory.
- A separate mop sink has now been installed.
