Corrective Action: Please store the ice scoop in a clean container. The scoop handle must not touch the ice during storage.

Observation: Single use paper towels not available on the hand washing station.
Corrective Action: Restock the paper towel dispenser on the hand washing station.

Routine inspection.
This facility is a bar used to serve drinks in the pool and deck area.
In compliance items:
- The bar glass washer is providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- All the refrigerator with perishable foods are running below 4 degree Celsius.
- Freezers running below -18 degree Celsius.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- Quat sanitizer available in the spray bottles.
- General maintenance is satisfactory.
- Food safe certified food handlers available.
