Observation: The maximum dishwasher rinse temperature is 60 Degree Celsius as measured on the dishes with maximum registering thermometer. The rinse temperature gauge on the dishwasher is not accurate.
Corrective Action: The dishwasher rinse temperature should be > 71 Degree Celsius on the dishes and > than 81 Degree Celsius on the manifold. An accurate rinse temperature gauge must be provided to be able to monitor the rinse temperature.
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: The ice scoop for the ice machine is being stored inside the ice.
Corrective Action: Please store the ice scoop in a clean container.

No cooking takes place in this facility. The space is used to cater precooked food to the conference center.
