Observation: Temperature logs not available for the hot holding unit. Uncorrected from the previous inspection.
Corrective Action: Please start maintaining temperature logs for the hot holding units.

Observation: Two refrigerated drawers on the line cooler are running warmer than 4 degree Celsius. These drawers do not close properly.No food being stored in these drawers at the time of this inspection;however, as per information provided by the staff, these drawers are used during other part of the day.
Corrective Action: The line cooler must be able to maintain a temperature of 4 degree Celsius or lower. The refrigerated drawers must properly close/seal to help maintaining the required temperature. Do not use these drawers to store any potentially hazardous items until the unit is able to maintain 4 degree Celsius of less temperature.
513   Repeat Refrigeration and hot holding equipment has accurate thermometers (Sec 19(2))
Observation: Thermometers not provided in many refrigeration units. Uncorrected violation from previous inspection.
Corrective Action: Provided accurate thermometers in all the cooling units.
