These drawers do not close properly.No food being stored in these drawers at the time of this inspection;however, as per information provided by the staff, these drawers are used during other part of the day. Corrective Action: The line cooler must be able to maintain a temperature of 4 degree Celsius or lower. The refrigerated drawers must properly close/seal to help maintaining the required temperature. Do not use these drawers to store any potentially hazardous items until the unit is able to maintain 4 degree Celsius of less temperature. |
