Observation: 1. A Food Safety Plan must be provided in accordance with the Food Premises Regulations. Please provide a plan for each of the 4 menu items served. 2. A Sanitation Plan is also required to describe cleaning and sanitation procedures. Ensure provision is made for monitoring and recording dishwasher and refrigeration temperatures. 3. Provide thermometers for walk-in cooler, etc. 4. Please ensure water samples are submitted on a regular basis as discussed.
