Corrective Action: The maintenance person was contacted on the phone by the operator at the time of this inspection.The maintenance person will be available the following morning. The operator to continue manually sanitize the dishes after running through the dishwasher. Please be advised that the failure to maintain this dishwasher in any future inspections may result in ticket/fine. The operator must maintain daily logs for the dishwasher sanitizer concentrations. The operator to phone the EHO as soon as the dishwasher is fixed. |

Items corrected from the last inspection:
1. The use of ice packing equipment has been discontinued. The operator is aware that he has to submit a sanitation plan for this equipment before using it.
2. Paper towel roll has been provided at the front bar sink.
3. A back up food handler with the Food Safe Level 1 training is available/provided. The operator is recommend to send all the pub staff to the Food Safe training.
