115 | Repeat Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control Observation: Evidence of mice present in the dry storage area - above and behind the walk in coolers, in the dry storage area, in the garbage area and in the maintainance room. A proper door has been provided in the maintainance room. Dry pepper flakes and almonds discarded at time of inspection due to rodent contact. Corrective Action: Clean and sanitize this area. Remove all unnecessary equipment. Seal all holes in ceiling, gaps surrounding pipe-wall interfaces, gaps in doors and floor-wall joints. and provide containers with tight fitting lids for all opened dry goods including spices, peanut butter, nuts, pepper flakes. Re-inspection for this items will be conducted within 2 weeks. |
Comments:
Premises generally well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. Coffee bar counter has been repaired as requested on previous report. Burger bar wall adjacent to fryer has been cleaned/repaired as requested.
