Comments:

At the time of this inspection, the kitchen in charge Alycia Beck was not available. Only pre cooked foods and continental breakfast served out of this facility. No cooking or extensive food handling takes place in this kitchen.
In compliance items:
- High temperature dishwasher is sanitizing at >71 degree Celsius on the dishes.
-Refrigeration temperatures are below 4 degree Celsius.
-Freezer temperatures below -18 degree Celsius.
-Hand washing facilities inside the kitchen equipped with soap and paper towel.
- The sanitizer dispenser is providing > 200 ppm quat sanitizer.
-General maintenance of the facility is satisfactory.

Recommend providing soap and paper towel on the sink in the buffet area.
