Comments:
Most works now completed with the exception of; floors still require sealing in most walk-in coolers/freezers, still awaiting replacement of fridge door edge seals, protective florescent light fitting cover still required over bakery area. In addition, extra ventilation is required in the dish pit area as steam is not being captured and is condensing on the walls.
