Observation: Sanitizer spray bottles are not labelled.
Corrective Action: Please label all the spray bottles with the name and concentration of the chemical.

Observation: The only staff working in the store is not foodsafe certified.
Corrective Action: There must be minimum one person with foodsafe certification working on site. Please ensure that there are enough people on staff with foodsafe level 1 certification.
402   Food is protected from contamination (Sec 12(b))
Observation: Some construction related material is stored on the top of the hot water tank which is located right next to the open pizza dough table. This material can potentially fall onto the dough table.
Corrective Action: Remove any potential physical contaminants from the top of the water tank.
507  Critical Equipment, utensils and food surfaces are washed and sanitized (Sec 17(2))
Observation: An approved food grade sanitizer is not available in the facility to sanitize the food contact surfaces after washing and rinsing. As per information provided by the staff, the utensils are washed with soap and rinse, but not sanitized.
Corrective Action: All the food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed and then sanitized in 100 ppm bleach or 200 ppm quat.
509   Items not required in food premise operation are not stored on the premise (Sec 18)
Observation: An old cash register is being stored in the facility.
Corrective Action: Any items not required for the day to day operation of the establishment must be removed.
604   Adequate handwashing stations at convenient locations are available for employees (Sec 21 (4))
Observation: No soap available on the hand washing station in the store.
Corrective Action: Soap must be provided on the hand washing sink in the kitchen.

Observation: In the staff washroom, the paper towel roll is not provided in the paper towel dispenser.
Corrective Action: Load the paper towel roll into the dispenser to avoid contamination of the paper towel.

Comments:

At the time of this inspection, the pizza line cooler was being repaired by the refrigeration technician. All the potentially hazardous items from this cooler (except fresh cut vegetables and mushrooms) were being stored in the walk in cooler.
In compliance items:
- Walk in cooler and upright cooler temperatures are below 5 degree Celsius.
- Chest freezer running below -18 degree Celsius.
- Temperature log being maintained.
- Food storage practices in the walk in cooler are satisfactory.
- Quat sanitizer available in the spray bottles.
- Food service permit posted.
