Following items from the November 26,2009 inspection report are corrected
1. The quat sanitizer has been provided and the sanitizer dispenser is dispensing an adequate concentration of the sanitizer..
2. The temperature recording has been started for all the refrigeration, freezing units.
3. A new paper towel dispenser has been ordered, and the existing dispenser moved away from the ice sink.
