Comments:
This facility was not fully operational at the time of this inspection. According to the operator, currently, the food service is limited to the guests at the Brew Creek Lodge. Most of the times the food is catered to the groups. At the time of this inspection the walk in cooler was switched off and there was no food being stored in it.
The dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 82 Degree Celsius at the manifold.
The line cooler and the small upright fridge is at less than 4 Degree Celsius.
