Observation: All cheese and potentially hazardous food was removed from the top cooler line as the temperatures were well above 4 degrees C. (upper teens)
Corrective Action: Maintenance company was contacted for service. Ensure that inserts are kept no more than half full.
115   Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: Fruit flies were seen in the dining area.
Corrective Action: Contact your local pest control company to have this dealt with.

Comments:

Other temperatures were satisfactory including the dishwasher. The bar glasswasher was also satisfactory.
