Observation: One of the refrigerated drawer on the line cooler is not sealing properly when closed.
Corrective Action: Repair the drawer so that it seals properly when closed.

Comments:

Follow up inspection.
The following items from the previous inspection report have now been corrected:

- Thermometers provided in all the cooling units in the front cooking area.
- Temperature of the line cooler with the refrigerator drawers is 4 degree Celsius at the time of this inspection. However, the upper drawer of this unit is still not sealing properly when closed. The operator advised to address this problem. Thermometer has now been provided in the drawer of this line cooler.
