Comments:
Met onsite with operator today to discuss proposed changes to the kitchen and the cooling line. Operator is to send a written confirmation of the changes proposed to the kitchen as well as a timeline for completion. The line cooler had been reorganized to increase the air circulation into the inserts. Temperatures of the line cooler was satisfactory at time of inspection but may increase with increasing ambient temperatures and still requires proper sealable lids.
